Domaine de Tamary Cotes de Provence Rosé 2018
Provence, France

Domaine de Tamary is a partnership between a boutique Bordeaux negociant and famed Margaux producer Chateau Malescot St. Exupery. It is one of the more
impressive roses we’ve tried this year, and comes exclusively from estate-owned and farmed fruit, blending 45% Grenache with the rest Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino. It is insanely delicious, with a densely packed mouth presence of fresh red fruit flavors, hints of mint and lavender and a long, tart finish. Great pink wine to drink on its own or even top off a cocktail 😉 Pair with smoked salmon, shellfish, and crudité.
Poggio Anima Samael Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2018
Abruzzo is a delicious wine region just East of Rome nestled along the Adriatic sea. The ocean is embedded in all things Abruzzo from the wine to the cuisine to just a lazy summer day on the beach. And Italians do the beach extremely well. This bottle is made of 100% Montepulciano grapes that are handpicked from one vineyard in the town of Chieti, which is located less than half a mile from the spiaggia, Italian for beach! Notes of ripe plum, black raspberry, and dark chocolate keep you coming back for more. Pair with a big heavy plate loaded up with Abruzzo tomatoes, spices, spicy peppers, clams, and mussels steaming will make your home spell like an Italian beach vacation!
Domaine Serol Cote Roannaise Eclat de Granite 2018
Loire Valley, France

Same producer as Turbullent- everyone’s favorite sparkling rose! We tasted this still 100% Gamay made from different plots on granite & sandy soils from 30-70 year old vines. With notes of strawberries and dark red cherries, there’s just a kiss of stone dust. The palate is a soft, vinous caress that effortlessly seduces with seamless flavors of peak-of-the-season, red-ripe strawberries with just a hint of ripe cranberry brightness. The wine continues to a supple, mouthwatering, lingering finish. It’s just so damn good – and it goes with any food. We’re roasting a chicken and putting a whole lotta butter and herbs in it…. Making it French right?!
Chateau Guoit Costiere de Nimes 2017
Languedoc, France

50% Grenache & 50% Syrah
Costières de Nîmes has more in common with the Rhône across the river than it does with the wines of Languedoc immediately neighboring it. Château Guiot lies just outside the city of Nîmes, in the heart of this appellation. Deep purple hue, a beautifully scented nose with herby aromas, lashings of juicy forest fruits and spicy, rich berry flavors on the palate and a good, smooth finish. Equally good with anything from shepherds pie, meatballs or moussaka style vegetarian dishes.

Granbazan Etiqueta Verde Albarino 2018
Rias Baixas, Spain

Ask a Spanish wine professional to name the leading and best Albarino, and chances are they’ll reply Granbazan. Founded in 1981, Granbazan was the original quality pioneer in the region, the first estate to invest in modern winemaking equipment and trained enologists, the first to use clean, free run juice and cool fermentation and to realize the world class potential of the Albarino grape. Salted honey and apricot greet the nose as lemon-lime, white flowers, and sleek minerality make the palate both edgy and energetic. A great showcase for this grape. Begs to be paired with shellfish and seafood. We’re going with an oven roasted sea bass with capers, dill, and any other herb you can get your hands on!
Lini 910 Emilia Lambrusco Rosso NV
Emilia Romagna, Italy

A blend of 90% Lambrusco Salamino and 10% Ancelotta, this wine was the first Lambrusco to be featured in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of Italy. Thanks to his longstanding relationships with growers and deft hand, winemaker Fabio Lini, along with his siblings, has set the benchmark for artisanal Lambrusco, and has remained true to his family’s trademark dry style of the wine. This red Lambrusco has pleasantly brisk bubbles and a fresh, ripe berry flavor. Made in a dry style, this would pair beautifully with roasted lamb, rosemary garlic pork tenderloin, or anything with parmesan cheese. Emilia Romagna is a wine growing region as well as a premier source of fine foods such as Parmesan-Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto ham so we think those are obvious pairings as well! YUM!
Enkidu ‘E’ Pinot Noir 2018
Sonoma County, California

Enkidu’s focus for their Pinot Noirs lie on the coast. They strive to create unique, cooler climate Pinot with depth and character. The touch of earth gives soul and warmth to this spicy red. They use a Pommard clone to provide this ‘barnyard’ element that compliments the raspberry and strawberry fruit which completes this multi-layered wine. Aromas and flavors of black cherry and brioche round out this compelling wine that sees eight months in French oak prior to release. Enjoy with Clementine‘s beet salad, braised short ribs, or portobello mushroom burgers!
Ricardo Santos ‘El Malbec’ 2015
Mendoza, Argentina

Ricardo Santos has demonstrated a life-long commitment to the Argentine wine tradition, particularly in regards to Argentina’s great varietal—Malbec. He was the first winemaker from Argentina to export Malbec to the U.S. over thirty years ago. The nose of his single vineyard Malbec is ripe and full, reminiscent of dark cherries, plums, and chocolate with undertones of loam and earth. In the mouth, the wine displays a profound core of ripe, blackberry jam fruit, lengthening into a sophisticated weighty finish couple with an elegant silkiness. The richness and complexity of this Malbec is an ideal pairing mate to succulent red meat. Concoct a flavorful marinade to throw in a sealed bag with a tender cut of skirt steak. Grill on an open flame for a smoky finish.
