Lini 910 Emilia Lambrusco Rosso NV Emilia Romagna, Italy A blend of 90% Lambrusco Salamino and 10% Ancelotta, this wine was the first Lambrusco to be featured in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of Italy. Thanks to his longstanding relationships with growers and deft hand, winemaker Fabio Lini, along with his siblings, has set the benchmark for artisanal Lambrusco, and has remained true to his family’s trademark dry style of the wine. This red Lambrusco has pleasantly brisk bubbles and a fresh, ripe berry flavor. Made in a dry style, this would pair beautifully with roasted lamb, rosemary garlic pork tenderloin, or anything with parmesan cheese. Emilia Romagna is a wine growing region as well as a premier source of fine foods such as Parmesan-Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto ham so we think those are obvious pairings as well! YUM!
